Invisible Network is an anonymous job search platform that connects job seekers and employers through double opt-in introductions. We take your privacy very seriously, and part of our mission is to keep your information private until we have explicit permission from both parties (i.e. job seekers and employers) before making introductions, sharing contact information, and revealing identities.

To provide connections between job seekers and employers, Invisible Network must process information about you. While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information; such as your name, location, contact details, username, password, and so on (personal information). We ask for as little personally identifiable information as possible, while still being able to connect our users with potential dream jobs and/or great candidates. We only have access to/collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on the site. We use the information we have (subject to the choices you make) to identify job seekers and employers who may be of interest to one another. We then use the information provided to inform you about possible opportunities and, then, with your permission, will make introductions between job seekers and employers. By agreeing to be introduced to a job seeker or employer, you are giving us permission to share your name and contact information for the purposes of making the introduction.

Some of the information provided by job seekers and employers is publicly visible on our site. We do not post any personal information about job seekers or employers on our site. We do not share any personal information about job seekers with employers, or vice versa, without the explicit permission of both parties.

We use Google Analytics and other javascript libraries to collect, monitor, and analyze aggregated, anonymous, information about how people use our site. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person or company, including the anonymization of visitors' IP addresses.

Cookies are used minimally to facilitate the use of our service, specifically for authentication and security (e.g. to prevent cross-site request forgery attacks).

The security of your personal information is of paramount importance to us. We strive to use the most modern and secure means to protect your personal information, however, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain the information you provide to us as long as you have an account with us. You can ask us to change your information or close your account at any time.
